Requesting Transcripts (seniors)
Current students who are SENIORS and wish to have their transcripts sent to colleges, universities, or trade schools need to request they be sent to these schools. Below are the steps students should follow to request transcripts be mailed to schools. (For Alumni requesting transcripts, please visit the Alumni Transcripts page for further information.)
- Students need pick up in the Counseling Department a GREEN transcript release form and take it home for their parent/guardian's signature and then return it to us. This release form needs to be on file with the Counseling Department before any transcripts can be sent.
- Once the release form is on file, students will request their transcripts be sent through Naviance.*
- Once you are logged in, click on the College tab, then click on Transcript, and then click on Request Transcript and search for the colleges you want the transcript to be sent to.
- To finalize your request, click on Request Transcript to submit.
Transcripts are processed in the order they are received. Each transcript is reviewed by a counselor before it is mailed. The status of the request is updated in Naviance once the transcript is sent. Requests can take up to 10 days to process.
If you are an underclassman, follow these steps:
- Students need pick up in the Counseling Department a GREEN transcript release form and take it home for their parent/guardian's signature and then return it to us. This release form needs to be on file with the Counseling Department before any transcripts can be sent.
- Come to the Counseling Office to provide instructions about where you need your transcript sent. Underclassmen, CAN NOT requests transcripts through Naviance.
*If you forget your Naviance password, click on 'forgot my password' and a temporary password will be e-mailed to your school e-mail.
